MEET THE FOUNDER
Local Care. Gold Medal Standards.
Gold Standard was founded by Justin Schoenefeld, a Park City local and Olympic gold medalist. Competing at the highest level taught him that exceptional results come from preparation, consistency, and personal accountability—the same principles behind every home Gold Standard oversees.
LOCAL PRESENCE
Park City–based oversight from someone who understands the area, the seasons, and the demands of mountain homes.
THERE’S A REASON WE CALL IT GOLD STANDARD
More Than a Check-In
Private-home owners need more than someone to simply stop by. Justin built Gold Standard to provide the reliable local presence he would want for his own home: thoughtful walkthroughs, clear communication, trusted coordination, and attention to the small details that protect a property over time.
DISCIPLINED OVERSIGHT
A consistent, property-specific process built around preparation, follow-through, and clear reporting.
DIRECT ACCOUNTABILITY
A personal relationship with the person responsible for looking after your home—not an anonymous rotation of staff.
